The best way to get started is to reach out and contact me! We can discuss some options and go from there. I provide assessments in person, with a formal report if requested. I also am happy to provide consultation or direct therapy in-person or virtually.  I am licensed to provide treatment to residents of Alberta or northern Canada.

After the assessment (or if you've already had a recent assessment), if we decide to proceed with therapy, we will make a plan together regarding goals of therapy, length of sessions, number of sessions and location.

If the therapy is for a child, a parent is welcome to attend and participate in all sessions - learning how to do mini-sessions throughout the week will help your child progress even more quickly on their speech and language goals! I'm also happy to work with others that might be on your child's team, such as a school SLP, OT, teachers, or assistants. 

An invoice is provided after the session, and fees are paid by e-transfer or credit card online. Clients can submit the receipt to their benefits agency for reimbursement, if applicable.

ConnectSLP has worked in hybrid contracts, with some travel and some virtual supports. This is usually with school districts in more remote areas with staff shortages on a part-time, temporary basis. Contact me if this is something you're interested in.
